What to expect
Climbing, Yoga and Canyoning Course in the Sierra de Guara:
It is a week of adventure, which includes:
- 4 days of climbing in Rodellar
- 3 sessions of Yoga in Nature
- 1 descent of Canyoning of the Sierra de Guara
- 1 day of Via Ferrata or Climbing
- 1 day off to rest and visit the area
- Professional climbing guide titled
- Certified Yoga Teacher
- All the necessary material for the activities
- Activities and RC insurance
In the mornings the sessions of Yoga in the Nature are realized, and after eating, during the afternoon, the Climbing. It alternates with a classic descent of a Barranco de la Sierra de Guara, a day of rest and sightseeing, and a day to choose between climbing or via ferrata.
The activities are for all audiences, it is not necessary to have experience and they adapt to the level of the participants.
