The Prado Museum is, for many international experts, the best art museum in the world. Here you can find the greatest treasures collected by the Spanish royal family throughout centuries: paintings that changed art history forever or some of the most popular masterpieces of all times, like 'The Garden of Earthly Delights' by Hieronymus Bosch.
This museum houses the best collection of paintings by Goya, the first great modern artist. You'll enjoy Rafael, El Greco, Caravaggio or Brueghel the Elder. And of course, here you will be amazed by the masterpiece that is regarded to be the best painting in world art history: 'Las Meninas', by Velázquez.
